Jeff Sprecher
Jeff began his career with Rainbow in 1986. He has worked as a teacher, assistant director, and now as the owner since 2004. He attended NDSU and worked at the Center for Child Development. He cherishes the unconditional love that children give. His goal is to always do what is in the best interest of each child and their families.
Sonja Olson
Sonja Olson
Sonja has been with the Rainbow Center since 2006. She has a bachelor's degree in music education from USD and previously taught k-12 music and choir. She was a lead teacher for ages 3-kindergarten from 2006-2016, when she assumed the assistant director position. She has always loved working with kids and all the hugs and giggles!
Taylor Olson
Taylor attended Rainbow as a preschooler. She started working at The Rainbow Center in February of 2018. Taylor has worked in child care since 2014. She grew up in Fargo and graduated from Fargo South High School. She loves to play with the kids and watch them have fun and learn new things. Taylor is teacher of the kindergarten group this year.
Shannon Noonan
Shannon joined our team in October, 2019. She has worked as a nanny, and a paraprofessional in the school system. Shannon is also a licensed cosmetologist and has worked in the salon/barber industry for many years. Shannon feels her true calling is in working with children. Shannon is the current head teacher for the 2-3 year old group.
Theresa Fischer
Theresa (another former Rainbow kid) joined The Rainbow Center as a lead teacher in July of 2017. She has worked in child care since 2015 at the former Nokomis daycare center. She was born and raised in Fargo. Theresa knew she wanted to work in childcare since she was in high school. She loves listening to kids stories and laughing with them.
